Overall, my stay was good with luxurious amenities and impressive dining options, though I did face some minor issues with my shoes left behind and the rooftop pool cabana pricing. The staff really went the extra mile, especially Clarisa, who made my arrival exceptionally warm. I enjoyed every aspect of the hotel, except for a couple of service hiccups.
My stay at The Joseph was mostly wonderful, though a few hiccups occurred. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had great nights of sleep. However, I was disappointed that room service stopped at 10 PM, and the pool area could use some improvements. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and luxurious stay.
